The New Year is fast approaching which means that people will be making resolutions for 2018. When thinking of resolutions don’t try to introduce too many new things at once and don’t try things that are too big that are likely to fail.
Instead, if you do have a goal in mind, make your resolution the first step to realising that goal, then once that is done go on to the next step. Also, if it does get to midway through January and you find that you’re already struggling with your resolution(s) then don’t get too caught up about it, simply acknowledge that what’s done is done and carry on where you left off.
In summary, set realistic resolutions, of which there are not too many, and don’t get deterred if you sway from they slightly, just pick up where you left off.
