If you’ve never heard of Steve Maxwell then allow me to introduce him to you. Steve is a world renowned strength and conditioning coach who travels the world, carrying all his possessions on his back teaching seminars and workshops. Steve is also a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu being the first American to earn a black belt fro the legendary Relson Gracie, and was the first person certified to teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the USA.
He has build up a vast knowledge of all things health and fitness over the years, specialising in keeping the body healthy ad breathing these days. I first heard Steve’s name come up on a number of workshops I attended, not long after I heard in on the London Real podcast and loved what he had to say. He has been on this podcast numerous times now and we recommend you listen to them all, but the one we are featuring is a video he did with London Real founder Brian Rose recently where he takes through his morning routine.
