For the next few blog posts we’re going to show you some nice partner work you can do with someone to move your body into positions you might not be able to do on your own. These can be good for your body and can be fun. Feel free to do experiment with them and do what feels nice.
The first exercise is a partner squat, please see video below to see how to do it. What we’re doing is pulling back on each others hands to get some tension and stability in to the body before sitting down in to squat, give it a go……..
