#36alive 296: Exercise With A Friend

We all need a little motivation from time to time to get out the door to exercise. Whether this be going for a run, going to the gym or any other form of exercise, even the most dedicated of us can struggle with motivation, this is where it is great to have a training partner to keep you going. Often the days where people are struggling to motivate themselves or the days where the most benefit is felt from exercising, these are the days that all people just want to get in from work, sit down and watch TV but knowing they will let their training partner down gets them out the house to get that workout in.

A workout partner can also come in handy when warming up or cooling down, over the next few days we are going to show you a number of ways you and a friend can help each other stretch, relax and have some good old fashioned fun.
