#36alive 266: Build Feet Strength | Exercise 7

Carrying on from yesterdays theme of foot strength (to find out why this is important click here), here is another foot exercise that can be done to make them plates of meat of yours strong and sturdy.

Just as we may squeeze a ball in our hand to improve grip, we can do this with the feet using an item such as a towel. Simply place your foot on the towel then attempt to pull all of the towel towards you using your foot, keeping your heel down in the same place at all times.
