#36alive 230: Sit On The Floor | Position 7 – Squat Modification

Before progressing in to a full squat, this position puts the body in a similar pose but with less stress on the joints if they don’t have the required mobility to get in to the full squat.

Simply sit on your butt with legs bent, soles of the feet on the floor as pictured…..and smile.
