#36alive 227: Sit On The Floor | Position 4 – Fishermans Squat

Moving on from yesterday’s position, today we progress to a similar one but a little harder, the fisherman’s squat. Let’s hope this position ‘catches’ on, it ‘reels you in’ and you have a ‘whale’ of a time trying to ‘carpe’y it (too much?). Team these up with the previous positions and you’ll have a few variations to help stay on the floor for longer.

🔹 sit with one leg bent on the floor with the outside of the ankle close to the body, the other leg should also be bent with the sole of the foot on the floor and knee facing the sky, as yesterday. Then shift your wait in to your front leg and lift your bum off the floor and bobs your uncle.
