#36alive 210: Hand Strengthening Exercise To Prevent Wrist, Forearm and Elbow Pain

A while back I was suffering from a little case of tennis elbow (even though I don’t play tennis), and as usual when I get little injuries and niggles, I researched it obsessively to see what the best treatment is. While I’m sure there are many different theories out there, today I will show you a simple hand exercise that helped cure me of my elbow and forearm pain. This can be done with something as simple as an elastic band or the finger stretchers I am using in the demonstration below. Watch the video to see how something so simple can help alleviate lower arm issues.
