#36alive 113: Cross Crawling

We’ve already shared the Qi-Qong twist and the shaking exercises we like to do in the morning and today we share another simple movement technique that helps integrate the left and right hand side of the brain; Cross Crawling.

Other benefits of this can include pain and tension relief, improved concentration, more co-ordination, more focus, more energy, and can even help with dyslexia problems.

To do this you don’t actually have to crawl (although crawling is fun and we will be covering this at some point), you just simply have to move your opposite limbs around in a semi-controlled manner.

There are many ways to do this but today just follow the video below (apologies for the poor sound quality and I don’t mean my geordie accent) and get yourself connected.
