The human body is controlled by electrical signals from the brain, but sometimes, these signals can become somewhat scrambled. Thankfully there are some easy things we can do to bring the body back in to balance, to help ensure that the brain can easily communicate with co-ordination and function.
After showing you how to do this from top to bottom and side to side, today we finish with front to back.
Switching On Exercise – Front to Back
While holding the naval with one hand, rub the tail bone with the other hand, switch hands and repeat. You only need to do this for a few seconds on each hand, aim for between 3-5 seconds.
Try running through all three exercises if you feel like you’re in need of a little energy boost or feel like your head is a bit fuzzy.
