#36alive 98: Neurologically Switching On – Side To Side

The human body is controlled by electrical signals from the brain, but sometimes, these signals can become somewhat scrambled. Thankfully there are some easy things we can do to bring the body back in to balance, to help ensure that the brain can easily communicate with co-ordination and function.

Yesterday we shared how to do this from top to bottom, today we concentrate on getting things moving how they should from side to side.

Switching On Exercise – Side to Side:

While holding the naval with one hand, rub just below the end of the collarbones with the other hand, then switch hand and repeat. You only need to do this for a few seconds on each hand, aim for between 3-5 seconds.
