#36alive 93: Incredible Medicine: Dr Weston’s Casebook

We’ve spoke in the past about culling the amount of TV that is watched and we do lead by example with this, only turning on the TV when there is something in particular that we want to watch, and recently, the BBC Two series ‘Incredible Medicine: Dr Weston’s Casebook’ fits the bill.

The series documents some of the most amazing people in the world, such as a girl with two hearts, a man who doesn’t feel fear, a women who sees 100 million colours, ultra marathon runner Dean Karnazes (who I have came across numerous times before), and another hero of mine – “The Ice Man” Wim Hof, amongst many others.

There will be more to follow on Wim Hof soon as I am halfway through his online course and we are both going to a workshop with him next weekend.

If any or all of this peaks your interest then check out the link below, prepare to be amazed!
