#36alive 41: Walking Meditation | Breathing Ladders

Apologies for leaving you in suspense with the late post today but here it is, our final Walking Meditation of the week, and my personal favourite no less…..breathing ladders. Follow the steps below to do this:

Inhale 1 step – exhale 1 steps for 1 minute

Inhale 2 steps – exhale 2 steps for the next min

Inhale 3 steps – exhale 3 steps for the next min

And so on.

Keeping on the upping the number of steps per breath every minute until you are starting to struggle then go back to one again.
