#36alive 40: Walking Meditation | Triangle Breathing Part 2

Yesterday we gave you a triangle breathing technique and today we do too, but, with a subtle difference. The difference being that we hold after the exhale rather than the inhale to make it a bit more challenging.

How to:

  • Inhale 5 steps (5 just used as an example)
  • Exhale 5 steps
  • Hold 5 steps
  • Repeat

And here I am talking you through this as normal…..
