#36alive 39: Walking Meditation | Triangle Breathing Part 1

So far this week we have covered square breathing and rectangle breathing techniques that can be done whilst walking, moving on from them, today we bring you triangle breathing. Please see the steps below to do this simple exercises which are again accompanied by another video of me walking, talking and breathing, what more could you want…..

How to:

  • Inhale 5 steps
  • Hold 5 steps
  • Exhale 5 steps
  • Repeat

As always, the number of steps provided here is just a guide and can be played around with to suit you, just ensure the number of steps for inhalation, holdalation (I know that is not a word but I wanted it to fit in with the other steps) and exhalation match.
